Problem Note 45135: Errors might be generated when replaying ODS documents in a new SAS session and user-defined formats are not found

The following error message might be generated in a new SAS® 9.3 session when replaying an ODS document that contains PROC REPORT output and references user-defined formats:
ERROR: An output destination had an unrecoverable error.
The error is most likely to occur if the user-defined formats associated with the document are not found.
To circumvent the problem, do one of the following:
- Use the NOFMTERR system option to allow SAS to continue processing without the user-defined formats.
- Specify the correct information to enable the user-defined formats to be loaded.
